Cryotech hires Tom Divird as Chief Administrative Officer/CFO

Campbell, CA (March 11, 2008) Cryotech International, Inc., a leader in liquid nitrogen delivery systems, hires Tom Divird as Chief Administrative Office/CFO.

Tom comes to Cryotech with an extensive background holding Sr. Management positions in operations, finance and general management.

In his position, Tom will be responsible for Finance, Human Resources and Legal. He will report directly to Gary Sandercock, President.
